To put our intelligent digital mirror solutions at the fingertips of customers worldwide, we need a professional who knows how to connect. The Sales Executive is responsible for increasing company revenue by effectively prospecting and selling NOBAL’s products and services to new clients and partners. This will be accomplished by generating sales leads, addressing interest from our channel partners, responding to inbound web enquiries and other lead sourcing activities. The candidate should be comfortable delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, developing effective sales agreements, proposals and uncovering hidden client needs. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge of the retail and hospitality industries, a solid understanding of sales processes, a technical background as well as dynamic interpersonal communication skills – both written and verbal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the focused vertical markets the company serves – retail and hospitality
  • Actively seek new clients and research potential opportunities
  • Perform prospecting activities such as sales outreach and networking
  • Outline growth opportunities as well as establishing and qualifying sales prospects
  • Identifying client pain points, developing Return on Investment (ROI) data
  • Possess a customer centric mindset capable of building strong client rapport
  • Ensure clients’ specific needs are being addressed and tailor agreements to suit
  • Familiarity with innovative sales approaches to ensure rapid interest from new clients
  • Ensure products and services alignment to meet both client and company needs
  • Communicate to clients all benefits of product features included in sales proposals
  • Answer pricing and service-related client enquiries
  • Remain current and up to date with changes within target industry verticals
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of competing offers, competitor activity and pricing
  • Communicate with clients via email, IM, phone, online, virtual and in-person
  • Forecast and track key sales stages, opportunity attributes and metrics in CRM
  • Liaise between client and internal teams, ensuring operational delivery and excellence
  • Manage ongoing client activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Achieve assigned territory sales quota and revenue targets
  • Develop and deliver strategic sales presentations
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A minimum of 5 years of acquisition sales or comparable sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related business or disciplines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including RFP response experience
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder who demonstrates integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 including Teams and HubSpot considered an asset
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend trade shows, meet with clients and prospects


As an Object Orientated Software Developer with NOBAL Technologies Inc. you will assist the Technology Team in the innovation and creation of our software and apps. By using C++/Qt/QML and Javascript/QML in development of our iMirror product running on Ubuntu, you will develop intuitive software and create updates regularly to address client and company concerns. This role will require collaborative design, development and unit/application testing and verification.

Working in a small team you will work to create and maintain new applications for iMirror clients, integrate with major point of sale (“POS”), e-commerce systems and numerous third-party APIs, integrate with RFID systems and create a new and innovative way for consumers to interact with products in a retail environment. This team requires the ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build Qt C++ software components that follow industry-standard design patterns, development methodologies, and deployment models
  • Design and implement overall architecture of applications
  • Produce clean, efficient code based specifications
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
  • Evaluate user feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements
  • Object Orientated design and development
  • Creation and maintenance of database development and/or SQL
  • Multi-threaded programming
  • Perform unit testing
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and colleagues
  • Client/server application development
  • Other tasks as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in and passionate about Qt and C++
  • Possess object-oriented design skills
  • Fluent in Git source code management
  • Ability to work closely with the team to build quality software
  • Ability to define and solve logical problems for technical applications.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients.
